My Story
I've spent over a decade working in highly regulated environments within the pharmaceutical industry, where clarity, accuracy, and practicality matter. When AI tools emerged, I didn't approach them as a trend, I tested them against real work, real constraints, and real expectations.
In 2025, I formalised that experience by completing training in AI fundamentals and writing an MSc thesis focused on machine learning in pharma. In 2026, I became a certified AI trainer.
But more importantly, I've spent years figuring out what actually works, and what doesn't, when AI meets everyday business reality.
What I Believe
AI should feel accessible, not intimidating.
It should save time, not create more decisions.
And it should earn its place in your business, rather than take it over.
I don't believe in throwing tools at people or pushing "must-use" systems. I believe in introducing AI as an assistant: helpful, reliable, and quietly powerful in the background.
